Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are

unable to cancel orders. Normal processing/shipping time is 3-7 business days. Please

read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Music Life Be Heard is not

responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

All couture items will be processed within 30-45 business days based upon product and supply

availability or by the estimated shipping date given at checkout. If you are using PayPal, please

ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. Once your order has been shipped

and has arrived at USPS / UPS / FedEx, please reference your tracking number and contact the

shipper directly for tracking updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities. 

 

 

 

 

Returns/Exchanges

 

Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting returns. Items are final sale

until further notice. We want you to love your Music Life apparel and merchandise as much as we do! If you are

not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for

store credit ONLY. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.

To return an item, customers must contact our support team at care@musiclifebeheard.com

with the subject: Returns/Damage/Replacement and include your order number, name, and the

reason for your return. If you are requesting a replacement for a damaged item please also

include pictures. Please note: any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Items must be in new saleable condition (no stains caused during fitting, deodorant, perfume,

cologne, make-up, smoke, etc.) and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right

to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the

smell of fragrances or smoke. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the customer

support team first. We are unable to refund original shipping costs.

Customer willingly accepts this policy and assumes all newly associated costs for return shipping.
